Order
We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal.
When a payment is successfully made, an order confirmation email will be sent to you with details of your most recent purchase.
If you need to change anything about your order, please contact us at hello@source-store.com with your order number and what you would like to change as soon as possible.
We'll do our best to make the updates before your order is out for delivery.

Local Delivery
Local delivery within Singapore is charged at S$5 per order. Complimentary shipping is available for purchases of S$80 and above in a single order.
Orders are usually delivered within 1–2 working days after dispatch.

We will send you a 'dispatch confirmation' email as soon as your parcel has been collected. This email will also contain your parcel tracking number with our assigned delivery partner.
Yes, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend returning your item(s) using a trackable mailing service to ensure your parcel reaches us safely.
Please note that we are unable to take responsibility for lost parcels or missing items sent via non-trackable delivery methods.

International Delivery
Yes, we do. Once you’ve selected the items you’d like to purchase, simply proceed to checkout.
At the checkout page, you’ll be able to view the available international shipping options, along with their respective pricing and estimated delivery times.
Please note that some countries impose customs duties, taxes, and handling fees on imported goods. Any such charges incurred as your order passes through customs are the responsibility of the recipient.
As customs and import duty rates vary by country, we recommend contacting your local customs office prior to placing your order to check on any applicable charges and avoid unexpected fees. Unfortunately, we are unable to cover or reimburse any customs or import duty charges.

Returns & Exchanges
All items, except underwear and final sale items, may be returned for an exchange or refund. Returned items must reach us within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all tags intact. Items that show signs of wear will not be eligible for exchange or refund.

Returns can be processed as either store credit or a monetary refund.
Store Credit
If you choose store credit, it will be issued to your account at source-store.com. Store credit is valid for 365 days from the date of issue and may be used partially or in full. Items purchased using store credit are not eligible for a second exchange or return.
Monetary Refund
Alternatively, you may opt for a monetary refund via your original payment method. Please note that a S$5 return fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This fee helps us sustain our operations while continuing to provide quality service.
Important Note on Shipping Fees
If your final order value falls below S$80 after the refund, the original shipping fee of S$5 (previously waived) will be deducted from the amount that is to be refunded.
Items marked down on our website are considered final sale and are unfortunately not eligible for exchange or return.
If a return is sent to us for an item that is not eligible, the item will be returned to you at your own cost, including any return shipping fees.

Important Notes (Please Read)
- All returned item(s) must reach us within 14 calendar days from the date your order was delivered.
- At this time, we’re unable to offer in-person exchanges or returns. All returns must be sent via mail.
- Damaged, soiled, sale, or markdown items that are not eligible for exchange or refund will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense, including return shipping costs.
- Postage fees, shipping charges, and any duties incurred for returns are not covered.
- We strongly recommend using a traceable delivery service (such as SingPost SmartPac) when returning your parcel.
- We are unable to take responsibility for lost parcels, items missing due to poorly sealed packaging, or returns sent via non-traceable delivery methods.
- Once your return has been received, please allow 2–3 working days for your exchange or refund to be processed.
Each order is eligible for a one-time exchange only.
