We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

Refunds are issued as store credit only (no cash refunds), valid for 180 days. Store credit can be used both online and in-store, and is not eligible for further returns or exchanges.

Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all tags intact. Items that show signs of wear will not be accepted.

Final sale, markdown, damaged, soiled items, and underwear are final and will not be accepted for return.

Exchanges are only available in person at our Joo Chiat store for the moment.

Items may be exchanged for the same style in a different size or colour, subject to availability. Each item is eligible for a one-time exchange, and all exchanges are final.

If the requested item is no longer available, the return will be issued in the form of store credit.

Final sale items and underwear are not eligible for exchange.

You may return your order by mail or in person at our Joo Chiat store.

For returns by mail, please download and complete the return form [here] and include it with your parcel. We recommend using a traceable shipping method.

Alternatively, you may bring your item(s) to the store together with your e-invoice, and our team will assist you with your return or exchange.
