We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligible items may be exchanged, returned for store credit, or refunded to the original payment method. A $5 return fee applies to monetary refunds and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all tags intact. Items that show signs of wear will not be accepted.

Sale or markdown items and underwear are not eligible for return or exchange.

All return shipping costs, including postal fees, duties and taxes, are borne by the customer. Items or parcels lost in transit remain the responsibility of the customer.

Yes. Exchanges can be made for the same style in a different size or colour, subject to availability.

You may return the item to us by mail or exchange it in person at our Ubi warehouse. For in-person exchanges, please contact us in advance to arrange an appointment, as our team may not always be available at the warehouse.

Each item is eligible for a one-time exchange.

Returns are processed within 7 working days of receiving and inspecting your item. Once approved, store credit will be issued to your account and can be used towards a new purchase.
